Wow....worst loot I have ever gotten,not sure if these even are supposed to work in raids,but if they are...***,I have never gotten such poor loot in any shroud as I did burning this gem, 5 cure mod pots LOL,NO shroud ings NONE!!,wasted completion IMO,best loot was +2 hw of parrying.

That gem shouldn't do absolutely anything ingredients related so i would just call it bad luck.
No ingredients should again be impossible, as you are guaranteed to find one in the 5th part chest.

That +2 loot level has nothing to do with named drops. Just the random loottrash (hint:Shoud crafting ingredients are not random loot)

You have 100% at mats in the final chest. You must have been ransacked.

Not really sure how you can ransack the final chest...something I'm missing?

Perhaps the OP missed the ingredients chest?

Before the Cove I ran the +2 gems through a number of quests, including a couple of the new Cannith quests on normal, and it sure seemed like some of the boxes dropped pretty low loot for a level 19 quest with a +2 gem.

I don't consider myself a loot expert, so it may have just been my over-expectation.

I haven't noticed much of a difference in loot using the +2 boosts, I mostly go through Vale and Gianthold. The boosts may not be working properly.

I've noticed the same. I ran Shavarath several times including a stint through sins and then out and the wilderness again and the drops were poor - loot that was like level 16 at the most with one item and some plat. And I hadn't even ransacked or run the wilderness at all that week.

I think there's something going on with the +2 gem. It just doesn't feel that good. Compare that to the +1 that seem to increase the average of good drops. Or when you get the +1 for a week and add a +1 to it.

The +2 seems to have issues.
