I want to know which hirelings have enough wis for tear/xorian

I don't think there's any way to see their stats but most if not all Cleric hirelings at level have enough Wisdom for quest runes.

As a general rule you can also cast +4 stat buffs (Owl's Wisdom, Fox's Cunning, etc...) on hirelings that will fully stack, since I'm pretty sure they have no gear to go along with their -10 concentration.

Often true, but not always. I've cast Bear's Endurance before on some hirelings where it had no effect.

Maybe they are wearing gear, perhaps a +4 con item in this case...?

They're geared. they have the +100 boots of jumping. In the last part of catacombs, I watched
Frenzy jump from the floor to one of the ledges where the archers are. IRL this would have been
a 25 ft vertical jump.

Yeah, I've seen some wild levitation. Yet, they still insist on standing in lava and healing themselves... ARG!
