how does one move sideways (like to avoid an arrow or spell)?

shift and control don't seem to do this.

alternatively, tap "t", A-left D-right, then tap "t" again when you want a and d to turn you view again.

simpler to just hold down right mouse though, but if you play for a long time, the t thing gets easier :P

mouse view by holding down the button, toggle mouse view with 't', or use the mapped keys. Q and E are used for strafing on the layout I'm using. I'm not sure if any other layouts are different.

Go into the keybinding options and change a d to strafe left and right as in an fps game.

i got the right mouse button to work. will look into key bindings.
