32 pt.

I want to roll a monk with x3 paladin PL feats and I want the most efficient way of leveling paladin because I just disdain the class mainly because it ceases to gain any new abilities after the first half. Multiclassing is fine as long as paladin ends up as the past life. I am pretty much still a noob so using acronyms, or reffering to items that I most likely wont know where to get will just confuse me.

Thank you.

I assume that you already have a monk life and will be TRing into paladin. If that's correct, then I would recommend checking out the Divine Phoenix build in my sig below. It is a 15/4/1 paladin/monk/rogue that fights unarmed. It has very good survivability (healing amp + self heals) and DPS. You can also use basically all of the gear from past monk lives, so doesn't require getting much of anything extra before embarking on the journey.

You may want to change the levelling order a bit from what I laid out in the build so that you end up at 14/3/1 when you hit level 18. That gets all of the best abilities out of each class (the last paladin and monk levels are just for the nice but relatively minor boosts to damage that they get). You could also decrease the starting charisma by 2 points if you aren't sticking around at 20 since you wont need it to take DM3.

EDIT: nevermind, just saw that you're looking for a 32 point build, so go ahead and disregard basically all of that ^^

In my opinion, the best way to get a past life for a class you don't like is to take a 9/1 split in something you do like (for example, 9 monk / 1 rogue), then take the last 10 levels in the class you want the past life for. If you know the past life class comes ahead of your preferred class in the sort order, then you can go 10/10 as well.
