Phiarlan pendant of time. Purpose: to make you run faster. Requires repeated use as a clicky as opposed to just wearing. Guess that is good things like crystal cove and mabar as I can still run around fast while not using up an item slot. HOWEVER, *** did you make it a 5 second long cast. It's almost annoying the amount of time it takes to trigger. Can you not speed this up a little as the whole point of using it is to get me around not weight the pros and cons of casting a clicky in non-combat spaces. Instantaneous makes the most sense, but max of 1 sec cast might be acceptable.
