Cannith Crafting: need help please

I was wondering about crafting an awesome tower shield for my Stalwart Defender.

This is what I was thinking about:

+5 Holy Burst Mithral Tower Shield of Greater Lawful Outsider Bane.

Here's the matters:

1) Is possible to craft something similar or I'm trying to combine to much powerful enhancement?
2) Where, the hell, do I must go to have a silver flame symbol?
3) Is possible to have a +1 mithral blabla and upgrade it to a +5 before crafting all the other stuffs (this is cause I want a eyecandy shield so I would buy a lot of em until I find one who looks cool) ?

It's possible but it adds up to +13. You will need to reach level 70 to have a 50% chance at crafting a +13 shard of potential.

1) Yes, it's possible, but it will be expensive. You need to be a level 70 crafter on one school, and the +13 shard alone costs 720 essences.

2) The silver flame armorer sells them. You need 400 points of silver flame favor to buy from him. They also drop at random, so you may find one at the auction house.

3) Yes, you can use a Dust Of Disjunction to reset your shield and craft new stuff on it. The crafting hall vendor sells them.
