Been reading conflicting info on DDO wiki for this item and would love a confirmation.

I got mine from the end chest in last stand.
Edit: Got it two month ago.

Mine was also from the end chest, but that was the first week it came out. Haven't seen another since.

Drops from end chest, does not drop in Epic though. Only N/H/E.

I've ran this quest on elite close to 80 times to find 2 copies in the end chest; i've never seen it in the end reward list. I've never seen it in Epic difficulty in about 50 completions.

It's the same deal with the "Robe of Dissonance", it only drops on H/N/E in Fathom the Depths.

Both of mine came from the end chest - one on Elite, one I can't remember.

It's a shame it's not in the loot table for Epic. I didn't know that.

Exactly this. Add another confirmation. Can drop in the end chest for the quest and the chest for having a villager survive. I don't know if it can drop in the optional mob chests or not.

The Robe of Dissonance is a different issue. For that, the end chest is replaced by the Epic Chest, so it only drops seals and not base items. The same thing happens to Snitch (no Garos's Malice base items) and Wizard King. I posted a thread (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=339955) listing several bugged chests, but there have been no comments or further information.

For Last Stand, the chests simply don't drop. There have been a few rumours, but no screenshotted proof that the Talisman drops on epic. I think with the thousands of Last Stand Epic's run that someone would have seen and screenshotted it if it actually did drop.
