Hello, main is a dual kopesh str rogue. Got most of my GS items apart from a finished hp one.
I have one which is t2 atm , one with the displacement clickie, and Im wondering if its a good ideea to waste all those mats on t3 + permanent blur.
Or should I just make a simple +20 hp one with no effect? or maybe another combo? the heavy fort/min 2/45hp?
