Hey guys need your help to understand if the Spell Focus crafted in the yellow slot of an Epic Item stacks or not with other bonus.

In detail:

1) Does SF:Conjuration crafted on an Epic Item stack with Epic Conjuration bonus from Epic Diabolist Robe (+3DC)?
2) Does SF:Enchantment crafted on an Epic Item stack with Greater Enchantment Focus on the Staff of the Petitioner?
