Quorforged Docents & Armor Kits

I saw this question posted once before with no real answer either way, so here's hoping more people see this or know about it this time round.

If I unsupress my quoforged docent would it keep the armor kit?

Upgrading items takes off armor kits. I would assume this would be the same.

I have a Parasitic Breastplate with an armor kit on it, and it's Bound to Account.
That's what I did:

Found the Parasitic Breastplate ---> unbound
Bound and attuned it ---> BtC
Did alchemical ritual on it to increase armor ---> BtC
Did an armor kit on it ---> BtC
Made upgrade at altar of insanity to get +10 WILL resistance ---> BtA!!!

Now, I've made a dragontouched armor and passed the parasitic breastplate to another toon.
And it still keeps BtA and armor kit on it !!

So I'm not sure about upgrading stuff and armor kits status... but that's my personal experience.
