If one wants to make reincarnation with a heart of wood, does he/she lost
eaten tome, character may have already? I know tome will be lost with TR.

Tomes read ( We dont get Nom, Nom, Nom anymore ) are NOT lost with lesser or greater reincarnation, but yes you lose all tomes with TR
