Does the +4 SA from Epic brawling gloves stack with the +4 SA from the Epic ring of venom?

No Item based SA nets the highest you have equiped they are not added together.

Nope. No stacking sneak attack bonuses out there.

Nope doesn't stack, but then you can always use Deception Weapons to increase your sneak attacks, my rogues love them.
