Can you help me find the sigils?

I have found some bracers than can be improved if I put them in Visbane's folly with a sigil of the dragon, sigil of goat, and sigil of lion. But where do I find, earn or buy these? Is there a quest to get them on? I cannot find them at the auction. Your help and wisdom appreciated!

Those items drop from the quests in that series (Sentinels of Stormreach) and is bound to character, so no you can't buy them off anywhere. When you complete the whole chain the first time, with the final quest fighing on the House D rooftop/ship (The Tide Turns), your end reward list will include all the named items and sigils where you can only pick one item.

To get the sigils, you will need to rerun the quests and hope it drops. For more information, check out:
