Are there any plans regarding the highly requested change for the better of the servers and the game?

My guess is all the recent problems are caused by the new client/server code which was added because they downgraded to worse servers to save money.

So IMHO, no.

So IMHO, no.

Newer server technology is more energy efficient than older ones, take up less space, and require less cooling for equal performance. The upfront cost of new hardware is massive, however. If they did what you suspect, they lost massive funds buying older hardware and losing more leasing the space and increased cooling.

Its not like turning in your brand new Mercedes for a used Honda Civic.
