I was trying Gwylars Stand (I think its called) on elite with 5 henchies and it wouldn't let me dismiss any of them.

Is this normal or a bug since the update?

Were you within range of the hirelings? (the dismiss option won't show up unless you are relatively close to them)

It's not just you.

Since U11, the hirelings seem to randomly protest.

I've had several instances where the dismiss option just wasn't available. Same for a handful of other people. Proximity had no bearing whatsoever. Was bug reported.
