but Crystal Cove is bugged too.

Cannot target half the torches that go down, cannot target half the teleporters that go down. Once placed and the line is used up you cannot move it because you can't target the torches and teleporters to pick them back up.

First it is badly bugged update. Now it is badly bugged event.

And forum readers think I'm wrong for complaining.

It is another example of Turbine competence....

As in, there is a complete lack of it.

Once more, who did the pre-testing to make sure it all works? Let's not fix blame, let's just fix the problem.

How do you fix problems when the people don't do the work to find them. Is that now the player's role in this game?

Epic level failures Turbine. You managed in under 2 weeks to completely hose the game. Good job.

Oi I was gonna leave work early today to farm cove!!

This has been some BAD FAIL by Turbine lately with all this.

I can't find any fault with you complaining about it, I'm not happy either. If I pay for a game I expect some minimum level of playability and competence. And that has been lacking lately.

im not able to instakill any of these mobs in the cove - is that WAI? (pirates on lvl 25 difficulty) I can enervate them, when I examine i don't see any DW but I get the dw symbol when trying to kill em.

it also seems like mobs have more HP than before too. cove is also lag-arific both inside and out.

EDIT: also our team is getting the can't pick up torches bug. think I might rage-quit for the day :/

Yar!

I be waitin' til the sun sets t'go a plunderin'! First I 'ave t'loot the farms and pillage the vessels of the corporate world. Then I be ready for some proper piratey cavorting. Savvy?

YAR!!

(I'm so glad I'm working for another 5 hours, so this train wreck will hopefully be cleaned up by the time I can actually participate)

In the first iteration of the Cove, level 21-25 Crystal Cove instances had mobs with kill immunity but not total Deathward. It's intentional according to the dev posts then.

maybe, not deathward, but deathblock item? Deathblock allows you take damage and neglevels, but does block the instakills

I believe every mob level 20 and above is supposed to have deathblock currently, although it might only be orange named and up...

Why oh why did they mess with an event that worked decently at the initial release.
I guess they tried to "fix" it and instead broke it.

The old Addage... "Don't fix it if it aint broke" seems not to have applied here.

Too bad i got of work early to play the cove.

Nevermind the kobolds... VIP' still hate you Turbine...

Uh, so a bug completely unlrelated to cc, when amassed for an event causes enough problems to close the cove, which they do, and now it is a break in cc from u11?

I think there is something amiss here... But not with Turbine.

Like it was said earlier, this kind of raging is not going to help any.

And as they have already noted, closed because they spotted the issue.

How is it a bug not attributed to Crystal Cove if closing Crystal Cove currently resloves the issue.
Crystal cove worked just fine the last time it was here.

I'm a beta tester now? I knew it, I'm so glad to be a free premium since 1.5 year now. :)

You obviously understand nothing of how programming actually works...

Here I'll help ya out...There could be a bug anywhere in anything added that affected CC without them even knowing it was possible to affect it.

If you don't like bugs, don't use software.

And if you don't like getting hit by cars don't leave the house, but seriously, some of us are paying, its not rocket science to expect quality from something you paid for and even if someone was a total f2p, there nothign wrong with them expecting some quality, and while a bug or two is to be expected, this game seems to be getting content released with WAY to many problems...

If you know whats wrong apply to get a job:)

Seriously though programming is much harder than people think. Take this for example...Do you think anyone that actually wrote the base code is still around? No I bet they aren't. Most people that do base code jump from place to place to do more base coding. And let's see the base code for DDO is almost 6 years old?

One little change to a color can cause any number of issues with things totally unrelated.

I can bet it has to do with some of the bugs introduced in U11. Which is why normal people fix bugs first, add content later.
