I wanted to create a 2 weapon fighter (course).

Only problem is the **** points. Always seem to have 1 left over.

I got a 32 point build no past lives. I figured half orc for the str.

Now the 2 ways ive found to do it are 20 str, 15 dex 15 con. But then the cons uneven. I could take a lv up point into it but eh. So Then I went 20 str 14 dex 16 con. This workes but for one flaw. Aside from finding a +3 tome ud still have to drop a lv into dex to get the base 17 for G2WF.

Unless im missing something that can get dex the extra 3 base...besides pulling a hail mary and finding a +3 tome.

Also it's been a bit since I last rolled a fighter. Is pure still the best thing for em? Or are they better with splashes? I'm just looking for him to charge right in there swords flailing. (no I don't want to get into a khopesh vs bastard debate.)

So any thoughts on the points, and is pure still the best way to progress?

put one point into INT, then use a +1 INT tome at level 3 for the extra skill point per level. idk if thats helpful to you or not, but im a bit of a skill point junkie myself.

Depending on how much you plan to gear out the character, an odd strength or constitution on the character sheet (from base, levelups, tomes, and enhancements) can be a good thing. Gear can provide a +9 enhancement bonus between a +6 item, +2 exceptional item, and +1 exceptional item. If you think it is reasonable to expect to obtain an item where you can slot +1 CON, such as the Dragontouched armor or an epic item, then you'll get an even CON again.

I think your idea of 20 STR, 15 DEX, 15 CON is a sound one, assuming that your goal is melee dps with no real secondary build goal. Also, as you may already know, you cannot get more than one skill point per level on a HO fighter until you've got 10 base+tome int, starting from 6, so don't bother. (You don't have any points leftover anyway.)

An uneven attribute isn't such a big deal now, with the various bonuses. For example, Verik's ring (kensei ToD ring) has +1 eCon, which would make it even, or you could get a +3 tome, etc.
