Full Screen vs. Windowed

I have been having sporadic issues with screen flashes occasionally while playing. Sometimes it would happen at really inopportune times too.

I was doing a lot of looking around on the subject and noticed it being mentioned that on some comps playing in Full Screen mode is what causes the issue.

I was reluctant to switch to window mode but it really didn't effect my UI or anything and since doing so I haven't had a screen flash yet and have also noticed my load screens are way faster.

Is this a common issue with anyone else?

The only thing I don't like about window mode is in a mouse clicking frenzy I can easily X out the game or bring up another program from the taskbar....LOL.

I always run window mode, due to dual screen. It allows me to click on the browser I have on the other screen, great for the wiki and such. The UI has been flashing for me at times ever since the update.

I've played in windowed exclusively for a while now, ever since I started 2-boxing on a semi-regular basis...alt-tabbing between characters is a huge PITA, so I use the task bar.

When the window is expanded out to fill as much of the screen as possible, I've never had a problem with accidentally clicking off the screen into something else.

This one is not as bad as opening O-Panel and then clicking the other cross. ;-)

Never have a issues with blinking screen, but for some time running windowed, and got used to it.
Helpful to use solvers, and fast check trapboxes, also while waiting for pug fil, you can spam on forum... ;-)

Not thus far, I think my computer actually has an issue with running full screen games to be honest.

Performance is not a problem, my comp is capable of running stuff like this, I think it was just a compatibility issue.

I have to agree with everyone else on convenience too, it is way easier to access the web and do all the other stuff you want from the task bar other than alt-tabbing, that can be super annoying at times.
