How long can an 18 barb rage?

So right now I have a Blitz build, it's still decent after the update- except (at the moment) for the Elite runs.

My 10 Haste and damage boosts were gone while the Judge was about 35-40% My rages were gone at about teh same time. Now this wasn't a "normal" elite run for us, we had some early deaths that reduced our party's DPS considerably, that being said..
My rages (which used to be over 4 minutes ) are now down to 2:15,due to the fixing of the Barb PL. I do get an extra one, but I'm still down about 4 minutes of rage.

So I'm considering LRing 12 Fighter levels into 12 more Barb levels. But I'm curious as to how long a Human 18 Barb can realistically rage for. (ie if I don't sacrifice Damage to make the rages a bit longer)

Anyone have any post U11 feedback on how long/how many rages an 18/2 barb (with barb PL if necessary) can have?

Isn't it just a question of what constitution you have while raged/buffed and how much you're willing to invest in enhancements?

The total time in seconds should be ((30+(6*con modifier))* extend rage enhancements * number of rages

If you know you average con while raged and buffed now you should be able to work out how long you can be raged for as a human barbarian.

I actually never used the blitz build but instead went 12 ftr/8 barb due to not having barb past life. I went 20 str and 18 con and dumped everything. 8 barb gives you third tier of extend rage which getsme 3 min rages. I have 5 and am actually thinking of reducing them to 4 as I currently never run out. I find 3 minutes to good for the most part but haven't run any raids on elite since update.
