Folllowup testing to my initial note in the Un-Advertised Changes in U11 thread.
http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=340643
It looks like the description on Superior Ardor (which now says 50%) is correct, but there is a difference between the numbers I'm getting from Superior Ardor and Superior Potency.
Heal on a guild member with 10% healing amp (from shrine) and I have 40% bonus from enhancements.
150 point Heal * 1.4 * 1.1 = 231 HP
With no potency/etc. gear on, I Heal him for 231 HP.
I borrow an Epic Ornamental Dagger from my Wizard for Superior Potency VI and now me Heals hit him for 313 HP.
That's just 35% more than 231, NOT 50% mor than 231.
When I use my Amrath belt for Superior Ardor VIII, I end up with a 354 point Heal. That's 53% more than 231, so it does look like 50% with some odd rounding.
My conclusion:
Superior Ardor increases healing power by 50% (which matches the new description).
Superior Potency increases spell power in general by 35% (which does NOT match the description which still claims a 50% boost in U11).
Anyone from Turbine want to say if this is WAI?

I think you're ignoring the life magic bonus. Unless I'm mistaken, potency and ardor boosts stack with life magic boosts. So, a 50% boost is (and has always been) 50% in addition to the 40% you were already getting from LM4.

It was my understanding that it was
base * (life magic) * (potency or ardor) * metamagic
It sounds like you are saying that it's
base * (life magic + potency or ardor) * metamagic
Is that correct?

try reading his post again the words 40% from enhancements part.
and as far as bonuses go I thought it was always % of base then add all components together.
Base+ Life Magic(1.4base)+ S potency (1.5base) +ardor(1.5base)

That's always been my understanding. And it supports the #'s you observe:
150 base * (1 + 40% + 50%) = 285, *1.1 = 313

I meant he was not including them as an additive bonus in his calculations-- not forgetting to type them out in a post. Thus, the 50% boost from potency is not a 50% boost to the total, once you factor in the 40% LM boost.

Justagame, thanks for pointing out the correct Turbine math and calming me down from my freak-out. :)
This does appear to be just a return of the old display error again, in that case.

Yes, we're back to the "1 thing gets added, 2 things that were previously fixed break again" normalcy :)

So, what i'm getting is that Ardor got bashed down to 50% and Potency to 35%? Or just Ardor got f-ed up to 50%, and that matches Potency?
Reason: I just splurged for several Sup Ardor VI items for my bards and bought 200 potions for my ranger and paladin. I already had devotion/potency items but wanted to use the Ardor for the 75%.

Nope. It looked that way to me because I had thought that Turbine calculated spell damage as:
base * enhancements * items * metamagic
But they actually do:
base * (enhancements + items) * metamagic
That's why my numbers looked the way they did. Ardor, Inferno, Brilliance, etc. still appear to give 75% bonus even though they now say 50% on the item description. That is a display error.
