Had fun doing this quest, with fire resist on it's not hard to solo it in normal or even hard. Used free action for the earth elemental and a blindness immunity googles for mephits.
I got issues killing the elementals, tried holy weapon (immune they neutral), metaline sickle (still got -10 on thoses).
I have no cold spell or weapon, tying to find out if there is a weapon bypassing the 10 DR they have. -10 quite hurts if you use a one hander. Note that they are optionnal and you can simply bypass most of them.
Wiki also says that true law should affect non lawfull but it does not affect elemental, i conclude that true law only affect chaotic. The same seems to hold for Holy ( i got immune message using true law, holy and chaotic weapons).
Searing ligth was working better than melee.
I also wonder if metalien will work against a vampire (anyway searing ligth, radiant servant, and holy light spell should be enough).

Elementals are True Neutral, which means that Weapons with Alignment-Damage will not work on them. Furthermore, their DR is 10/- which means theres nothing that bypasses it. Best bet are cold weps/spells, sorry. And of course Weps with (Greater) Elemental Bane.

EDIT: Metalline should work against Vampires (Silver).

Fire elementalS have DR /-, meaning you can't bypass it.
True law does affect neutral mobs, those ones must be lawful, try true chaos or anarchic and they should work. Holy damages evil only, but true law is like pure good, it does affect neutral too.
Vampires have DR /silver, which is bypassed by metalline.

I got issues killing the elementals, tried holy weapon (immune they neutral), metaline sickle (still got -10 on thoses). According to the wiki Elementals have Dr/-, so it is unbreakable. I can't confirm as I rarely play melees.

The same seems to hold for Holy ( i got immune message using true law, holy and chaotic weapons).True Law/Chaos/Puregood (deals 1d6) will affect anything that isn't of their alignment (ie: True law will affect Chaos, and Neutral). Holy/Axiomatic/Anarchic (2d6) affect only the opposite alignment (Holy affects Evil, Axiomatic affects Chaotic, Anarchic affects lawful)
Searing ligth was working better than melee.Probably due to the Dr
I also wonder if metalien will work against a vampire (anyway searing ligth, radiant servant, and holy light spell should be enough) Vampires have DR/silver iirc so Metalline should break their DR..
Response in red.

Thanks for clarifying i was probably using axiomatic and holy (they deal more damage), i must have treu good and true law in bank will use those next time.

Try a frost or icy burst weapon. You are more likely to see results that are pleasing. Elemental bane is good too, but is less commonly available to purchase.
If you have access to divine spells the 4th level divine spell, dismissal is another option.

Dismissal works well against pretty much EVERYTHING in there except for the end boss.

Also, just to throw it out there...at some point the Fire Elementals start tossing Protection from Cold on themselves...so you'll have to power your way through that before your Cold damage will actually work.
