This is a build that i plan to do after TR (Ip now at lvl 7 have no problem with it). What i plan to get is:

- Monk stances to changes stat, saves in need
- Some melee dps, so i can solo quests if no lfm is up
- Full Heal possible and lvl 9 cleric spells
- Past life cleric for next lifes..

What im not sure is enchantments line, can anyone tell what you think about this build. (build have low hp imo but i pas that with +20 and +45 form gs and min)

It looks to me like the only reason to go 17 cleric instead of 15 is to get Mass Heal. If this is your primary motivation, then I'd like to propose that you consider 15 cleric/3 monk/2 fighter.

The reason for this suggestion is that I've found that my 17/3 clonk spends a lot of time up in melee, using aura and burst for most of the normal healing (the burst doesn't interrupt the Fists of Light combo), and only uses Mass Heal outside of combat.

If you really want to focus on melee, you won't do very much while you wait for the Quickened animation of Heal.

Use the 2nd Fighter feat for one of your melee feats, and pickup Quicken.

I'd also suggest swapping Extend for Maximize - your Divine Punishment, Blade Barrier, RS Burst, and Mass Cure Serious will thank you.

Don't sweat the Enhancements - they're so dang easy to reset, you can pick whatever you like. I do recommend Radiant Servant, though :D

Edit: Also, I noticed that you could go Helf with the exact same stat distribution - any particular reason why you prefer Elf?

I think 2 fighter levels for extra feat is good idea, its true that lvl9 spells are not that useful. And elf is.. kind of habit, i only play as elfs, even tho i know they r little gimped. Thank you for comment and advice.

i've got a 15/3/2 build already, currently halfling & is a blast to play - the TR i've planned out for her is here http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=329819 though its essentially the same build as the one i'm playing now but with better healing amp capability

Elves have the least annoying movement animations, and half elves are stupidly fugly.

The OP likely has his/her own reasons but those are two of my own why I play elves instead of anything else.
