drop dex? i dont know why so many people take 6 ranger instead of 11 or 12. lazyness of feats? +2 str?
if you take 12 ranger and 8 w/e, you get evasion and a lil extra dps.
if you take 11 ranger, you can manage with 9 paladin with resurrections

do you hate dps? really? that much?

use ravager set if you are not using lorrinthor I know pallies are crippled in terms of to hit for some epics... but what is the point of hitting when you hit that soft. Verik's or shintao are good options but I clearly find the second to be the best one. So If you are not going for KotC 3 and lorinthor I would recomend going for shintao and ravager sets. Along with a partial Abishai set and possibly claw set. with the GS hp item being goggles.

Also... if you want to twf without 32 point builds on a pally I would recommend drow same 12 con (which will be squishy) but profit from the extra +2 cha. also... why do you want 10 int???? go with 8...

i am not sure, but i thought a demon hunter is sth like KotC 3

Maybe Pal 18 Mon 2, then if you go elf, you can get whirl of steel (racial enhance, and evasion + feat + stance)

If you don't like monk, i guess dual scimitars is also a good choice (racial enhance; though u have good rapiers)

If you don't want monk and really want to use the rapiers, why not go drow?
Bonus in CHA helps

I doubt if u really need 16 starting dex... maybe 15 is the highest i get
In fact, I think THF with falchion is also a good idea

And I won't recommend dodge>mobility>spring attack,
get 2wf feats if u use rapiers
if u go 2hf, either use 2hf feats or toughness + quicken + maximize (with Ardor clicky and some healing amp, u can get near 200 hp cures during battle)

and get PA earlier

I was mostly following what Sig did on this, i do not have drow or anything special (Should have mentioned, sorry)

I need Spring, Mobility and Dodge for Tempest,

As for the INT, i dont really know why he put points in, but im trying to follow what he did as much as i can :D

He didn't put any pts into INT; drow start out base INT 10.

In the good ol' days, Tempest I provided +10% attack speed and Zeal provided another +10%. I can't remember if they or pure monks in Wind stance had a higher attack speed, but it was pretty zippy. Sadly, Tempest & Zeal got nerfed in U5 and IMHO the combo is no longer worthwhile - or at least nowhere near as cool as it used to be.

His build was what I used for my main for a long time (added 2 Monk levels later in, but other than that everything is pretty much the same). It worked quite well for me, but I highly suggest shelving it until acquiring at least Drow or 32-point characters. Drow has some nice synergy with this build (smites and rapiers go very well together, for one thing) along with bonuses to Dex and Cha.

Also, don't take Chaotic Outsider and Evil Outsider. There's very few COs. Take Undead first, then EO second.

If you're dead-set on going 28-point Elf, I'd use scimitars. More DPS. Switch out the weapon feats for Slashing.

Put all level ability raises into STR. You're a DPS build. Also, drop Int back down to 8 and get Str to 16.

Like unbongwah said, though, this build was made to take advantage of the Tempest I's +10% attack speed. When Tempest was nerfed, builds with 6 Ranger levels weren't gimped, per say, but they weren't as optimal. It will still work well (personal experience, as I said) so don't let that be a complete turn off.

Also, I suggest getting a +1 tome (or even a +2. Drop Dex to 15 if you do that) so you don't have to spend an ability raise in Dex. +1 tomes are fairly cheap on the AH, even around level 7-8. You won't need it for a while, which brings me into my next point.

Feats are pretty dang tight on this build. In order to fit in GTWF (which you didn't put in, I see) I suggest either throwing in two levels of Monk or Fighter. Monk will have a lot more synergy with this build (amazing saves, Evasion, overall VERY survivable, plus the Wis bonus to AC) but Fighter could work as well. Also opens up Fighter Strength to add a bit more DPS. I highly suggest taking the time to favor farm so you can get Monk. That's what I did, and I don't regret it at all.

Anyways, that's all for now. Good luck with your build ;).
