Hello Service-Team,

I bought Turbine Points at the DDO Turbine Store with my mobile phone. I got a receipt via mail and the Turbine Points I bought, but my Account didn't upgrade to premium. Waited one week now and would be happy if you could upgrade my account to premium, thanks.

If after purchasing Turbine Points for the first time you don't have Premium access, please try closing the game and logging back in.

If that doesn't work, you'll want to contact the Account Management team to let them know. They can take a look and see if they can fix it.
