Tereza's Sight : where does it drop ?

I've been farming Frame Work to try to get Tereza's Sight. After 7 completions it still didn't drop. On the DDO wiki, it says that it drops in "End chest(s)". I just wanted to be sure : are we talking about the chest in the middle of the little fortress where you kill the 3 red named, including the final boss (minotaur chieftain i think) ?

yes, it comes from the minotaur chieftain's chest in the middle of the little fortress in frame work. but if you kill all the minotaurs, it can also come from the optional chest Dorris gives you after you talk to her(?)

Yes, after killing the red named bosses it will drop from that chest. But it has a pretty low drop rate so keep trying.

As mentioned, the boss minataur's chest. Also the extra chest Doris gives for either: Not Raising a Alarm or the Kill all Minataur objectives (which are quite humerous)

Grab some friends/guildies to help you out. I always have problems getting the ring, and the gloves are annoying to get since there are no optional/extra chests to increase your chances for em.
