Am I able to use a holy burst on a ToD ring to add a "good" property to Chaosblades, and thereby make them great DR breakers or is it solely the province of pure capstone Paladins?

Couldnt find an answer so I thought I'd ask.

The elemental/holy bursts from ToD rings only apply to wraps.
