Hi I used to be a VIP using a credit card of mine which has since expired.
I tried to resubscribe DDO with my new debit card. I was given a 30005 error saying the billing information cannot be updated.
I called by bank and the reply given was to check with the merchant.
please help.

The problem here is none of that works, which is why I now have an account which is perma-Premium instead of VIP...and not by my choice either.
