Couple things:

+2 Int tome for more skill points
Shield master and THF? is it a S&B or THF build?
Drop DR bonus's and take more Toughness Feats
^same with Force of personality
^Same with combat expertise if you aren;t building for AC
Lower starting Dex if you arent going TWF

Going for AC? consider a monk splash

Edit: In light of being gone for so long I should inform you that intimidate was changed it is now:

Intimidate (Cha)
Cooldown: 15 Seconds

Activating the Intimidate skill rolls an Intimidate check against all Monsters within a short radius of you. There is a -4 penalty per size category by which the Monster is larger than you. (Which becomes a bonus if the Monster is smaller.) If your check beats a DC specific to that creature (Supposedly 10+HD+Wisdom modifier.), the creature is intimidated and displays an orange skill icon.

A successful use of the intimidate skill sets your threat with a monster equal to the highest threat opponent, plus a small buffer based on your size-modified intimidate skill. Additionally, you gain a +50% threat multiplier to all attacks (melee, ranged, and spells) for 6 seconds after successful intimidation. If you have a shield equipped, you will instead gain a +100% threat multiplier for 12 seconds.

You can also find a list of no fail intimidate checks Here (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=245254) for raid bosses

Intim is a thing of the past imho, though stalwart might make a comeback after U11. We had some guys in our raiding group that at one time could hit 90+ intim (god knows how). They were great... till U9 changed intim. After that it was "I can hold them... for 6-7 seconds every 15," but for the other half of the time the highest dps/hate toon has the aggro. So we moved to to builds like godhand, Blitz, barbs, and so on. In doing so we have performed better than we ever did with the intim (might also be that we evoled as a group though). From what I have been hearing over the grapevine is that U11 changes/content might make a need for that DoS/SD but in a new way. Before they were a turtle up and intim now it seems that they will be a sword and board hate machine with intim as a back up.

With all that being said... I think those lv ups in Chr would be better off spent in Str.

In conclution, thats about everything I know about tanking, so I could just be a blabering idiot.
