Hey,

search didnt bring any usefull results, so i adress this here:

How many Swings per Second does a lvl 20 Max BAB Toon with two weapons and all three TWF feats?

And how many with Haste boost I?

And does a Monk with Longswords more?

Cheers ;)

There are three parts to your answer.

First, you need the animation rate. You can get it here (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=275144), or by googling "Vanshilar attack index". Included in this is how alacrity increases scale for your given weapon style. If you had only Haste Boost I, you would have an attack rate of 102.2 animations per minute while it was active and 86.7 while it was not.

Second, you need to account for the enforced cooldown period of Haste Boost. If you do not have the Quickdraw feat and use no other means to shorten this period, it is 1.2 seconds. Hence, your overall animation rate is:

[(20 - 1.2) * 102.2 + 10 * 86.7] / 30
= 92.9

Finally, you need your values for off-hand and double-strike processes. If you have all three TWF feats, your offhand value is 80%. It would be higher if you had the Ranger Tempest Prestige Enhancement ranks 1 or 2, but for now we will assume you do not. Double-strike can come from the Opportunist Rogue feat, the Fighter capstone, the Monk Wind stance, the third rank of the Tempest PrE, and certain weapons. For now we will assume you have none of these.

.

(1 main hand swing per animation + 0.8 off hand swings per animation) * 92.9 animations per minute * 1/60 minute per 60 seconds = 2.79 swings per second
