Elven Ranger 11/ Artificer 9 AA?

I know this seems to be an odd split and Very DPS challenged, but I was toying with the idea to get all the Ranger ranged feats with the 2 bonus feats from arti along with their level 4 infusions. It would be a pure AA or TWF when on cooldown (I'm not sure if I want to muck about with the repeaters.)

Feats

Ranger:
Bow strength
Rapid shot
Manyshot
Precise shot
Improved Precise shot

Arti:
Rapid reload
PBS (bonus)
WF ranged (bonus)

level:
Improved critical ranged
Power critical ranged
Shot on the run

for TWF:
WF Slashing (Scimitars)
Oversized TWF

and 2 toughness just for fun.

You'd get Armor of speed, stoneskin, a flame turret, and can use flame arrow imbibed at level 20 with slaying arrows, infused with acid, and whatever you have on your bow (I hear this LitII is nice.)

I'm going to try it on Wednesday's event on Lam so any advice would be most welcome.

Doesnt shot on the run require mobility as well as point blank shot?

I missed that. Nice catch. I guess I can have both WF slashing and Imp crit slash.

Skip WF Slash, Power Crit, & OTWF; add Power Atk, Imp Crit Slash, and something else.
