I just downloaded this game 2 days ago and was playing FREE until last night. Last night I paid for a 3 months VIP subscription. After submitting the subscription, it told me to log out of the game and log back in to be upgraded to VIP. I relogged and was upgraded to VIP. I played for about 4 hours last night running through non-free content (Catacombs mostly) and had access to 10 character slots instead of 2. When I logged in this morning, my account was PREMIUM instead of VIP.
OK, now here's what I did that may have been a cause of the problem. When I paid for my account, I followed it up with a cancellation a few minutes later after logging in as a VIP because I don't like having an open-ended subscription. I couldn't find any mention though of any payment going through or any cancellation.
I now see that the payments don't usually go through until the next morning, and with this being a weekend I was wondering if it would still go through on Monday morning or should I resubmit the payment?
