Does the Epic Short-blades stack with Tempest III?

This is regarding double-strike, anyone test this?

I want to say yes. I remember there being some test threads with opportunist, feat vs an enhancement may be different, and those short blades. A cheap way to confirm this would be with a timeblade from the chronoscope as it has double strike on it and its easy enough to grab for testing purposes. That's what I would do to make sure.
