I have a 19 Cleric, and just re-upped my subscription after being gone for almost a year. Has anything significant changed for clerics in that time? I'm told that green steel is no longer The Thing for gear. What might I need to change about my Radiant Servant build, and what should I aim for in terms of gear these days?

I found the Cannith crafting in House K to be very useful.
You can craft clickies (which are still quite rare for divines) to increase spell effects by 75%.
Being a Radiant Servant you will have a caster level bonus to one of the very best offensive divine spells,
Divine Punishment - Level 5.
Clickes for light damage, heals, and alignment spells, really changed my cleric.
As for high end stuff...not really sure. I'll leave that to the others.

Divine Punishment deals crazy damage if you take the enhancements etc.
Greensteel is still very much alive.
The Clerical Tod sets and Class specific Epics are not as good as they could be.
Clerics could argue they have gotten a tough deal.
Their are some pretty good general Epic items to be had for not that terrible a grind in Chrono and The Fens
Stop Press..the reworked House P Epic mask, coming out in U11 looks like a winner

Which of the Masks is that? Tragedy or Comedians?
Edit: Found it. Sorry for wasting everyones time.

Some of the more major changes, at least from my perspective:
Blade Barrier casting time has dropped significantly, but Extend doesn't work on it any more.
Not so much cleric-specific, but no more auto-crits on helpless mobs, which was a HUGE change if you used a Dreamspitter much at all.
Divine Punishment (awesome spell - can finally do SERIOUS damage to raid bosses without having to get close ;) )
The best change of all is coming in the next Update - assignable metamagics! Right click on a spell in your toolbar, and pick which metas apply. No more toggling!

One thing you forgot to mention was...
This has been replaced with a system that increases damage by 1.5x when the mob is helpless, and this applies to all damage but sneak attacks.

Divine Punishment has been mentioned. It deserves mentioning again. And again.
If you do nothing but cast that spell on cooldown, you will do a lot of damage to bosses. Ten clerics with Maximize and Empower doing that can take out Arraetrikos in Shroud part 4 in one pass.
That spell singlehandedly makes Empower Spell an important feat to take (which really it wasn't pre U9).

Has anyone mentioned Divine Punishment?
well yes, they have. and I will mention it again. Reset enhancements to take advantage of light spells. This little puppy is awesome.

GS might no longer be the thing for end level DR breakers, but TRing and putting on yer level 11/12 gear o' uberness? Can't beat that. Cannith has some kind of issue (WAI? still not clear) where despite being BTC, it's a level or 2 higher than unbound drop stuff. Of course, it can be cheaper to get.

Thanks for the information, folks. Can someone give me the highlights of a solid pure cleric build, and a run-down of a reasonable pre-epic (but including GS) gear set?
