Still not clear on equipping Rune Arm

I have no toons on Lamannia, so apoloize for asking what must be common knowledge: Does Rune Arm have its own equip slot? If yes, can you wield a shield or an off-hand weapon with it, and can someone post an inventory screenshot (so as to see where devs stuck new slot)?

No

A runearm equips to your offhand slot.

You can only use a Rune Arm with a 1-Handed Weapon, a Light Weapon, a Throwning Weapon, a Crossbow, Wands, or Scrolls.

You cannot TWF or THF with a Rune Arm.
