Click Dungeons and Dragons Online on the left side of the page

Click Account Support on the left side of the page

Click "I already have an existing Turbine account and want to add DDO to it. How do I do this?" in the middle of the page

Click "New Free Account Key Request", then fill out the form to request a new account key, then follow the instructions on the previous page to enter the new account key into your existing Turbine account at https://myaccount.turbine.com (https://myaccount.turbine.com/)
