View Full Version : So I upgraded to VIP last night

Everything went through fine and well. I even logged in and created a half orc barbarian. However, today when I logged in, I'd been downgraded. I went to my account and it said I'd been downgraded due to "non payment." But everything had gone through? What do I do? I'm afraid to redo everything in case they double charge.

There may be a couple of reasons why that happened. One thing to keep in mind that the billing may not happen until early the next morning. So, if right after you start a subscription plan you cancel it, the billing system will see the cancellation first and set you back to free Premium status.
It may also be that the credit card company declined the payment. You may want to contact them directly if you believe that is the case.

Thank you. It turned out I didn't enough money in my bank. Another transaction took long to go through. So at the time of this purchase, I had the money. Then the other transaction went through, so this one got denied.
