Ok, so I sent in a support ticket 6 months ago and NEVER got a response. My account hasn't changed in 7 years. I have read your FAQ on billing problems. Do you guys really not care if people pay you money to play your games? All I want to do is subscribe to VIP and it is apparently impossible UNLESS I call you. My name on my account name has never changed and my address has been the same for years. It even sends through the one dollar charge on my card but it sure as hell won't let me subscribe. I will probably end up calling I guess but at this point it's just been so poor of a response from you guys that I don't know if I want to even take the time to do it.

My Aussie buddy was wanting to come back and play with with me as well but he even has the same issue. He said he sent a ticket in 4 months ago and NEVER got a response. Unfortuneatly for him it costs $2 a min for him to call from where he is to you in the US and refuses to do it. Should we just write off our Turbine accounts for lack of customer support forever? It sure looks like you would be trying to do whatever you can to collect as much money from anyone you could....

I have been playing Turbine games since the beta of Asherons Call but unless some miracle happens I'd say your going to be one if not two customers shorter for life.

A week later and not even a reply of any sort.... Go Turbine and your A++ customer service!

This is the forums, all that you'll get here is Victorie telling you to open a ticket with account support.
Make sure it is with account support and none of the others.
If you will call still open a ticket beforehand for them to reference.
