echoes of power question

Made a Warforged rogue 1/wizard 3 today and noticed that when I run out of mana I don't recieve echoes of power. I wonder if this is because I'm a Warforged or because I wasn't a caster at level 1?

Relog and check it again. If you don't get any SP over time when dropping under 12 SP that isn't WAI. Bug report it please. Check if you got the magical training feat for your levels of wizzy because it's a needed for echos.

Yep, have magical training. Didn't think to relog, will try that and report back.

I imagine what happened was that when you create a new character that does not have magical training upon creation (which is when you initially log in), but subsequently receives it via leveling up, it does not apply it.

I tried to bug report it, but bug report only brings up a black screen for me, even after relogging. Ironic. =D

It isn't a wf thing, my wf wiz 18 has got EOP since it was introduced everytime I dropped under 12 sps.

Must be something else.
