Probably something similar to the wizard past life.
Maybe +2 caster level to wands/scrolls, or 10% more damage.

+2% more damage on scrolls/wands.
Doesn't stack with enhancements that up that tho ofcourse, would be OP. :D

My guess would be something mediocre, such as +1 Repair and +1 DC scrolls and wands.

It will better then what has been posted thus far to encourage people to tr and keep them playing just like H-Orc is so good expect the past life to be something more along the nature of an extra crit multiplyer on a 20 attack roll. Ex. Handwraps on a 20 is X3 crit and Dwarven War Axe is a x4 on a 20. That may not be thematically correct so perhaps a +3 to all skills for each tr for a +9 total possible to skills.

They should become part construct, I'd like to see more people run around in panic with rusties chasing them.

Well, for the purchasable past life feat, I wouldn't be surprised if it was a +1 UMD. As for a clicky, I'd like to see something similar to the rogue or fighter clicky that boosts UMD for about 1 minute....but I'm not holding my breath on it.
