So a friend of mine had a very early epic red dragonscale docent and it had superior fire lore on it at 12% crit chance (as it should be and as its stated on wiki for superior lore description) And just by accident had another friend link me his robe and the superior fire lore on it read 9% chance to crit....when did this get broken?
