Remove his ability to stand in mid-air so nobody can swing at him. That's an obvious bug

Here is a screen shot of said Kolbold playing Yoda. He is more than 10 feet in the air and about 10 feet away from me over the lava. When I jump to "land" on what ever he is on I fall into the lava. Cheating? YES! Nerf? YES!

Obviously, someone cast fly on him.
