Old DDO Chars still possible to be transfered?

Hi, I had a previous DDO account before it all went a bit unlimited ;) and was wondering whether its possible at all to have my old characters transferred to my new account?

If you had a previous Turbine account, you just need to find your original login information, and your characters will all still be there waiting for you. ;)

You can also contact support by calling or following the directions in my signature to submit a web inquiry to the Account Support team. They will be happy to assist you.


If you're inquiring about a previous European account, I'm sorry, but they are no longer accessible. They also cannot be transferred anymore.
