So, you would be looking at Fast THF with a boost of haste 15% and haste boost 15% giving you... 113 SPM, so I wasnt that Far off :D

It's somewhat complicated to calculate, because Haste Boost (like other Action Boosts) has a period of enforced inactivity - 1.2 seconds without the Quickdraw feat, 0.6 seconds with. (From what I've heard, this period can currently be ignored entirely by hitting alternate-animation attacks, like Cleave, etc., and Lord only knows if that's WAI. For now we'll ignore it.) If you know whether you will have the Quickdraw feat, you can calculate your overall attack rate by:

(19.4 or 18.8 * increased rate + 10 * normal rate) / 30

And you can obtain values for each of the rates in Vanshilar's Attack Speed Index (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=275144). For instance, if you were Hasted, using a Greatsword, had Haste Boost I, and did not have Quickdraw, you would do:

(18.8 * 111.6 + 10 * 99.1) / 30 = 103.0, or a 3.9% increase in overall attack rate (and therefore DPS). Adding Quickdraw would improve this increase to 6.2%.

The Haste boost from reconstruct does not stack with haste. but it will stack with the haste boost.
