I presume your goal is an AA w/trap skills. I would drop Dodge / Mobility / SotR / Iron Will for Imp Crit Ranged / Imp Crit Slash (or Pierce) / Power Atk / one other feat; bumps up your melee & ranged DPS a lot more. I'd also put all your lvl-ups into STR.

If you don't have a +2 INT tome, drop the extra skill pts from Open Lock.

Also consider something more heavily MCed, like my Triple A build in my sig; or something like rogue 7 / rgr 11 / ftr 2.
