Premium F2P are supposed to have in-game Customer Service for 45-days after their most-recent purchase of Turbine Points (Customer Service : Full for 45 days (http://www.ddo.com/vip))
But, my in-game support just disappeared on July 27, and my last purchase was on April 28: 90 days.
Anyone else counted the number of days of in-game support they got after a purchase of TP?
Is 90-days the new (un-announced) rule?

Can you confirm that you personally received customer service? If so, screenshot or it didn't happen.

I reported an inappropriate name on July 27th, and read the standard "we will look into this and take appropriate action" response to the in-game ticket a few minutes later. I also checked the status on my 5 open reimbursement tickets (from when my account was hacked on June 20th). These tickets were still viewable and open on July 27th.
On July 28th I am no-longer able to view in-game tickets or create new ones. This prompted me to check the date of my last points purchase, and found it should have expired 45 days earlier. Calling customer support confirms my last points purchase was on April 28th.
Screenshots probably not available, but I'll check when I get home.

Not necessary - I was just making a funny about how I don't recall ever getting satisfaction from Turbine's Customer Support :D
Hmmm... reporting an inappropriate name? Now I'm curious... what kind of abomination would be worth the effort to actually do something about it?

I don't remember anymore, I'm 'that guy' that reports all the vulgar/copywritten names I see (or did, until my in-game support ran out).
Excuse me while I brace for the neg rep.

The length of time a Premium player has access to In-Game Support varies depending on the amount purchased. More details can be found in this sticky thread (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=236600).

Thanks for the link. Can you direct someone to update the table at http://www.ddo.com/vip please?
