Frenzy Acrobat the fastest combo for run speed?

Just curious if an acrobat utilizing showtime for 25% run speed and the sprint boosts of barbarian as well as the 10% base for being barbarian would grant the fastest run speed? and if so what would be a good build setup level wise

also which race should i choose

not 100% sure, but i think showtime doesn't stack with strider/expeditious/haste/etc.

anyways, throw a few levels of monk (say, 6) and a level of ranger in there for the sprint boosts probably to get a faster speed. and don't forget to use either shadow walk or the phiarlan trinket.

Showtime is an enhancement bonus; it won't stack with other enhancement bonuses like Striding, Haste, etc.

Acrobat II / barb 7 would have +10% (barb) +10% (Acro II) = +20% base run speed; add barb Sprint Boost III for +45% for 20 secs; Showtime (or Expeditious Retreat) adds another +25%. [Not sure if bonuses stack additively or multiplicatively.] That's probably the fastest burst run speed you can get. Although a monk 18 with a rgr splash would have +30% base run speed and +35% rgr Sprint Boost; add Expeditious Retreat for +25% and you'd be tied. [Not that I would give up monk capstone just for Sprint Boost!]

monks get to use shadow walk at level 18 i thought. is it 19?

in any case, shadow walk is faster than expeditious retreat :P

(and the monk can make it last quite a while too!)

They get Empty Body at 19, which mimics Shadow Walk. I wasn't counting it because you can't use it in combat (breaks as soon as you attack something); but AFAIK you are correct that Shadow Walk is the highest enhancement run speed bonus in DDO (apart from Phiarlan Pendant but that's only for public areas, not quests).
