Hi,

as a relatively new player (about a year) I have found one certain aspect of the game is missing. I am in the european timezone, and selling and buying stuff is sometimes difficult, even when you have found a buyer, due to the global nature of the game. Whenever you buy or sell something outside of the AH, you need to meet up ingame to complete an item trade.

What I would like a lot was some sort of Bazaar, where you walk up to an NPC and browse through things other players want to sell. These sales can be public or personal, so it can't only be used to sell to everyone, but also to complete a pre-negotiated trade with someone else.

An example would be that I want to sell a Scroll of the Charged Gauntlets, so I would walk up to the npc, and drop the item in a box as my "offer". Then i'd select the item(s) and amount(s) I'd want to get for it from a browsable list. In my case I'd select 2 frds and 1 lds. Now if I don't have a specific buyer, I select a public sale, so everyone can walk up to the npc and see what I am asking for it. If it is a specific player I want to sell to, I select private and enter his name, so only he can see it and complete the trade. The timeframe for these item trades could range from 3 days to 1 week.

The ask section could be different selections of items, and it would be possible to ask for a different set of items. As an example, I'd like to trade a frds for a bloodstone or a ring of spell storing. (Which I don't actually do, but you get the point)

This enables us, not only to easily trade without timezone boundaries, but also has another nice effect. When I want to sell something, I can better assess it's worth through the sales of others. The browse window would also show trades completed and expired in the last 24h (maybe more?), so you can see what has been sold, and which trades just expired.

So what do you think about it?
