hard and elite tod are both tougher than shroud elite so no.

2 larges in a soulo chest is not so rare. 2 LDS I thought it was impossible, but I have founf 3 Larges in the soulo chest in Elite Tod.
My guild still hate me for that loot...

If You are not a lol based build, sure You can ;)
Anyway even if we play Tod hard or elite sometimes as we consider it a loss of time (we are more involved in epics more than standard raids) we don't run it elite every time. If I'm right Obsidian dragons run Tod in elite more often than us. But thay are an American guild while we are European so it's hard to meet us as we have completely different activity cycle ;)

Anyway on Cannith there are good guilds in europe as in usa, so it's nice cause the server is active near at every hour of the day ;)
