17-20 Lvling help

I haven't played since Mod 9, so I'm desperately in need of help. What's the quickest path to level 20 with +20% XP potions and how long (estimated) would it take to get there?

For me once I hit 15 or 16 I started killing all the great slayer areas that I love like Vale and orchard. Tons of xp to be had there. I got to 20 without ever setting foot in the harder 12 area. can't remember its name now but I got something like 70,000xp just for hitting 7500 slayers in orchard and more than that in vale.

On a Non TR?

So 1,360,000 -> 1,900,000?

I'd have to say:

Litany Flag, if you're not already. Normal, just to get it done quickly.

Litany x10 on Normal, then Hard, then Elite, then Casual. (About 7~8 minutes a run)
Running with the Devils 8x Normal, then Hard, then Casual. (About 9 minutes a run)
Rainbow in the Dark 6x Normal, then Hard, then Casual. (11 minutes a run at most?)

At this point, you probably are already banking 18. Go ahead and take it.

Running with the Devils Elite (15 mins for added difficulty)
Rainbow in the Dark Elite (15 mins for added difficulty)
Monastery of the Scorpion 10x Normal, then Hard, then Casual. A Rogue helps. Two Rogues is even better, so they can be disarming traps in different places. (10 mins w/o traps disable, maybe 20 with? Stupid slow Search/Disable animations)

Run Dreaming Dark Chain:
Eye of the Titan 8x Normal, then Hard, then Casual. (15 mins, slow respawns are slow)
Reclaiming Memories and Mining for Ancient Secrets 6x Normal, then Hard, then Casual, then Elite (4~5 minutes. Zerg zerg zerg, zerg is the word.)

That's a ton of XP... so I dunno. That long? Considering the XP Pots pause in public areas now, you may be able to do it all on 1 6-hour pot. Of course, it would help to have party members who know the quests, and can push you through them at the appropriate speed of zerg.
