Need some help here

Im used to pay the first one with autopayment each 6 month (1), but somehow it cancel my payment this time and i had to renew my subsciption all over (2).
As you see this new subsciption makes me pay an extra $20 per month.
I wonder if there somehow you can get me back to my previous deal with DDO since i didnt get any notice that your was changing my billing price, or just cancel my subscription without letting me know if i wanna keep my current deal or make a new deal with DDO.
